Sixteen Units are Due every 2 years for Associates and above. Include the date, class name, instructor and # of CEU’s completed here (or mail/fax your class certificate):

Make your U.S. Bank check or money order payable to SOBI (U.S. Dollars). You may also pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express using PayPal. You will receive your membership card 6-8 weeks after your renewal is received.
