Biography: Born in Kentucky, ancestral roots in New Mexico, created family and community in New York City. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, was a professional dancer, am certified as a fitness instructor, and now primarily an Ortho-Bionomist. I came to Ortho-Bionomy through the world of movement. That provides an intrinsic understanding of our physical and energetic experience.

Class Description: Co-teacher: Gary Williams. In this workshop, you'll learn and practice techniques that are not shown in the Fundamental Spine class, including Phases 4 & 5. Develop new skills and understanding about balancing the pelvis, the spine, and ribcage. These are skills that Gary & Rosa use in their practices. They will give you more options when working with your clients to better match their pattern, to fine tune your work, taking it to a new level.

Class Description: Co-teacher: Gary Williams. In this 2 day workshop, participants will learn specific integrative techniques to use with clients to help them integrate the changes that occur in a session with the rest of their system. This is an important way to help your client maintain changes. You'll also learn postural re-educational techniques. These are techniques to use to facilitate your clients ability to maintain balance thru a neuromuscular re-education of their postural habits. The methods will help your clients to improve, and feel more at ease within their bodies.
Prerequisite: 16 hrs. of Phase 4 Spine or Extremities. Open to healthcare professionals.
