Phase 4: Spine, Mind, and Motion Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbar Spine
Elizabeth Beeson and Nina Joy Rizzo
Sedona, AZ
This foundation level class reviews the philosophy, history, and principles of Ortho-Bionomy.
Students will learn the basic release techniques which include conscious contact and positioning with attention to the self-corrective mechanisms and responses of the body and mind.
These gentle and respectful techniques facilitate the release of muscular tension and overall stress, encouraging structural realignment and internal coherency.
This class is one of a week-long immersion into the fundamentals of Ortho-Bionomy. This class is being offered as a stand alone class or as a part of the series “Spine, Mind, and Motion”.
