Posture and Post Techniques

Erin Long

Nashville, TN

The Posture and Post Techniques class enhances your Ortho-Bionomy® work. Participants learn to evaluate and address inefficient postural habits through focused observation and simple exercises. This includes working with gait, scoliosis, and the natural curves of the spine.

Post Techniques are designed to directly correlate to and support the Phase 4 spine Ortho-Bionomy techniques and work. These techniques act as a check and balance offering us tools for assessment, integration, and release.

Together, Posture and Post Techniques assist in reeducating the body towards more optimal functioning and play a vital role in our client’s ability to self-recognize and embody new postural habits.
