Phase 5

Denise Deig

Belfair, WA

In Phase 4 we learn Points, Positions, Releases, Isometrics, Posture, and Movement Exploration. In Phase 5 we will advance these bodywork basics and transition into a deeper tissue discovery and further development of proprioceptive and palpatory skills.

Phase 5 can be considered as a bridge between a Physical and an Energetic approach to the client. The expansive skill set offered in Phase 5, will allow us to approach and understand our clients and ourselves in a more holistic manner.
